Analytics & Reporting.
One place to see how marketing is trending over time — not just this week's snapshot.
What we track, and how often
Marketing runs three recurring reports. This hub is the running history — the trend lines and the dated log of every report, so we can see how things are moving instead of reading one snapshot at a time. Each report has its own log page with the full series.
| Report | Cadence | What it measures | Log |
|---|---|---|---|
| MQL Update | Weekly / bi-weekly | Marketing-qualified leads by tier, lead source, and demo-page conversion. | MQL log → |
| Analytics Bi-weekly | Every 2 weeks | Google Search Console clicks & impressions, plus AI-visibility (GEO) ranking. | Search & AI log → |
| Reddit Report | Monthly | Post & comment views, top-3 placement, AI rank, and Reddit→site traffic. | Reddit log → |
The three trends, in one place
Organic search clicks (GSC) — bi-weekly. Peaked over the holidays on seasonal blog traffic, then fell back to a lower spring baseline. This is the number to watch.
GSC clicks per 2-week period. Holiday peak (highlighted) then a steady decline to a ~3.4–4.8k spring baseline.
Demo-page conversion — from the MQL report. Visitors who request a demo. Swings with traffic mix and seasonality; the low point was the holiday week.
Demo-page conversion rate (demo requests / visitors), as reported each period.
Reddit post views — monthly. Climbing month over month as the program matured, even as post count dropped. Full breakdown on the Reddit log.
Total Reddit post views per month (thousands). March is the prior-month figure cited in the April report.
