Analytics & Reporting.
One place to see how marketing is trending over time — not just this week's snapshot.
What we track, and how often
Marketing runs several recurring reports. This hub is the running history — the trend lines and the dated log of every report, so we can see how things are moving instead of reading one snapshot at a time. Each report has its own dashboard with the full series, structured monthly and year-over-year.
| Report | Cadence | What it measures | Dashboard |
|---|---|---|---|
| MQL Update | Weekly / bi-weekly | Marketing-qualified leads by tier, lead source, and demo-page conversion. | MQL log → |
| SEO | Every 2 weeks | Google Search Console clicks & impressions, what converts, and AI-referral traffic. | SEO report → |
| AI visibility (GEO) | Bi-weekly / monthly | Share of voice and rank inside AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) vs competitors. | GEO report → |
| Bi-weekly | Follower growth, post engagement, and what content actually works. | LinkedIn report → | |
| Reddit Report | Monthly | Post & comment views, top-3 placement, AI rank, and Reddit→site traffic. | Reddit log → |
| 2026 demand vs. closed | One-off (Jun 2026) | Strategy snapshot of 2026 inbound by industry, 36 closed customers, conversion rates, and platform-fee vs. swag mix. | Strategy report → |
Analytics by month
Every biweekly report rolled up to a calendar month, with the monthly Reddit number alongside. MQL points shown are high-tier only (running monthly total from each report, against the 30-pt goal). Each biweekly is assigned to the month its end-date falls in.

The three trends, in one place
Organic search clicks (GSC) — bi-weekly. Peaked over the holidays on seasonal blog traffic, then fell back to a lower spring baseline. This is the number to watch.
GSC clicks per 2-week period. Holiday peak (highlighted) then a steady decline to a ~3.4–4.8k spring baseline.
Demo-page conversion — from the MQL report. Visitors who request a demo. Swings with traffic mix and seasonality; the low point was the holiday week.
Demo-page conversion rate (demo requests / visitors), as reported each period.
Reddit post views — monthly. Climbing month over month as the program matured, even as post count dropped. Full breakdown on the Reddit log.
Total Reddit post views per month (thousands).
