What content works
The pattern is consistent across 15 months of bi-weekly reviews: people, not products. Posts that feature teammates — and tag them, so the post reaches their networks — carry the page.
| Content type | Typical reactions | Read |
|---|---|---|
| UGC (teammate-tagged) | 15–60+ | Best for reach; tagging expands to members’ networks. Top performer overall. |
| Welcome / company culture | 10–40+ | Welcome posts tag a new hire → outsized impressions (Sebas 2.5k, Viole 1.3k). |
| Events (tagged) | High in clusters | Compilations & post-event reels spike (4-events compilation: 1,016 impr / 36). |
| Swag / product | 7–13 | Reliable underperformer. Keep minimal and non-sales-y. |
| LinkedIn articles | Mid reactions | An AI-citation play (see GEO); native analytics are limited. |

How to read this
- Followers are the reliable trend; per-post metrics are noisy. Reposted and teammate-account posts often have no analytics, so engagement totals undercount. Judge direction, not single posts.
- The Apr–Jun ’26 surge is the story. Activating employee profiles and UGC — not more company-page posts — drove +1,233 followers in three months.
- Timing matters. Aim for ~8–9am ET; avoid Fridays (consistently the weakest day).
- Articles serve a different goal. They underperform on native engagement but feed AI citations — measure them on AI visibility, not likes.
