Admin Platform.

The admin platform is the side of PerkUp an organization's admins and managers use. It is one half of the single React app; the other half is the recipient experience. Here are its surfaces, grouped by what an admin comes to do.

Sending & recognition

The day-to-day reason admins are here — getting value to people:

  • New reward & spot rewards — send a one-off or recurring reward to selected people.
  • Templates — reusable reward messaging and imagery.
  • Automations — birthday, anniversary, new-hire, and leave milestone sends.
  • Perk programs — standing recurring budgets.
  • Redemption pages & events — self-service stores and booth games.

People & directory

Admins manage who can be recognized. The directory holds each Individual — identity, role, manager, labels, and the dates automations key off (birthday, start date). People arrive by manual entry, CSV import, or an HRIS sync; see Integrations.

Catalog & stores

Admins curate what people can choose from — branded swag stores, bulk-swag sets, Amazon Business collections, and gift selections. See the Catalog overview.

Accounts & billing

Admins fund and watch the money: organization accounts, transactions, and billing. The mechanics of balances, holds, and settlement are covered in Money & Balances.

Settings, branding & insights

Org settings, company branding, and roles & permissions configure the account; Insights reports on spend and engagement. Onboarding flows guide a new organization through first setup.
