How employees get into PerkUp and stay in sync:
System Role
Finch HRIS aggregator — syncs employees from many HR systems (BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, etc.). WorkOS Enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC) and Directory Sync for just-in-time provisioning and deprovisioning. Firebase Auth Identity and sessions, with custom claims binding a user to an organization and role.

Stripe Payments Organization funding and charges. Stripe Issuing Issues and funds the Perk Card prepaid Visa. Stripe Connect Payouts and connected-account flows.
