When to use it
Run it for your weekly book review. It scans every active account you own and surfaces what needs attention.

What it checks per account
- Unanswered emails — anything from the client domain unread/unreplied.
- Last contact date — when you last sent to or heard from them.
- Upcoming meetings — anything in the next 2 weeks.
- Renewal date — flag any renewal within 60 days.
The dashboard
| Bucket | Definition |
|---|---|
| At Risk | No contact in 30+ days, OR an unanswered email 5+ days old. |
| Needs Attention | No contact in 14–30 days, OR a renewal within 60 days. |
| Healthy | Contacted within 14 days, no open items. |
