/csm-follow-up-email.
A concise, transcript-grounded follow-up after every client call — with clear action items, owners, and dates.
When to use it
After any client meeting. It reads the most recent call transcript and drafts a concise, specific follow-up.
/csm-follow-up-email [company name]
How it works
- Find the transcript. Pull the most recent recording from the tl;dv Drive folder (and Granola notes if available). Never draft without reading the complete transcript.
- Draft the email. Subject
Great connecting [today/yesterday] — [one key topic]; open with a brief personal touch; bullet the takeaways and action items; state clearly what PerkUp will do and by when, and what the client committed to; close with next steps. - Send or save. Send via Gmail, save as a Gmail draft, or just display for review.
Hard rules
- Never fabricate pricing, dates, or commitments not in the transcript.
- Never add features or capabilities that weren’t discussed.
- If something is unclear, flag it rather than guessing.
- Tone: warm but professional, confident not salesy, specific not generic.
