/csm-account-prep.
A one-page account brief before every client meeting — pulled from Attio, Gmail, transcripts, and calendar.
When to use it
Before any client call, QBR, or check-in. It produces a one-page brief so you walk in knowing the last touch, the open items, and what to talk about.
/csm-account-prep [company name]
What it gathers
- Attio CRM — company record (industry, employees, subscription status, MRR), deal (stage, value, close date, owner), and associated people (names, titles, emails).
- Gmail — the last ~10 threads: last contact date, open questions/requests, unanswered emails (flagged), recent orders or issues.
- Calendar — meeting history (last 3 months) and anything scheduled in the next 2 weeks.
- Call transcripts — the most recent recording from the tl;dv Drive folder, plus Granola notes if available.
What you get
A single-page brief:
- Account snapshot — subscription, MRR, HRIS, key contact.
- Recent activity — key interactions in the last 30 days.
- Open items — anything the client is waiting on, plus unanswered emails.
- Talking points — 3–5 suggested topics grounded in recent activity.
- Risks / opportunities — what to watch for.
