How Customer Success onboards a new account once it closes — kickoff, integration setup (HRIS / SSO / warehousing), pilot use cases, and the first 90 days. Recurring patterns are visible in the recent handovers: a clean kickoff, HRIS wiring (Workday, ADP, UKG, Namely, Paycor), and a first automated use case (new-hire kits or parental-leave gifts).

Account ownership is consolidating, with most recent handovers routing into Sebastian Yidi; Adriana Castaño retains accounts such as Wealthsimple. The current owner of any account is the source of truth in Attio (csm field) — check there before assuming. See the handovers for the latest transitions.
