CSM Follow-Up Email

Draft a follow-up email after a customer call using the transcript and meeting context.

Usage

/csm-follow-up-email [company name]

Step 1: Find the Transcript

Check tl;dv Google Drive folder for the most recent recording:

gws drive files list --params '{"q": "'\''1KeSKW4kNt2Ua5jYiyecOzTFcHHn0-3C-'\'' in parents and name contains '\''[company or contact name]'\''", "pageSize": 3, "orderBy": "modifiedTime desc"}'

Read the FULL transcript. Never draft without reading the complete transcript.

Also check Granola for meeting notes if available.

Step 2: Draft the Email

Format: - Subject: Great connecting [today/yesterday] — [one key topic] - Short and direct — no long paragraphs - Open with a brief personal touch from the call - Bullet the key takeaways and action items - Clearly state what PerkUp will do and by when - Clearly state what the client committed to (if anything) - Close with next steps or next meeting date

Tone: - Warm but professional - Confident, not salesy - Specific — reference actual things discussed, not generic filler

CRITICAL RULES: - NEVER fabricate pricing, dates, or commitments not in the transcript - NEVER add features or capabilities not discussed - If something is unclear from the transcript, flag it rather than guessing

Step 3: Send or Draft

Ask the user if they want to: 1. Send it directly via Gmail 2. Create it as a draft in Gmail 3. Just display it here for review
