Pricing & Margin.

How PerkUp prices its product, and how margin works on gifts. Pricing is transparent and not publicly advertised.

How PerkUp prices

PerkUp's pricing is transparent: the product price a customer sees includes shipping, and there's no separate service fee layered on top. Pricing is positioned as straightforward rather than tiered nickel-and-diming.

Do not advertise pricing publicly. Per the internal positioning guide, pricing should not appear on public marketing surfaces. This page is internal (Cloudflare Access, @perkupapp.com only).

Open question — canonical pricing sheet

There is no single nominated source of truth for PerkUp's current pricing. Several pricing sheets exist in Drive, and this page deliberately does not pick one, to avoid enshrining a stale or unofficial number as canonical.

  • Needed from Thomas / leadership: nominate one canonical pricing sheet, and this page will link to it as the single source of truth.
  • Until then, confirm live pricing with sales leadership before quoting a customer.

Product margin model

Margin on gifts comes from the gap between what a recipient is granted and what PerkUp pays to fulfill. For an Amazon gift, the recipient sees the list price (MSRP), PerkUp pays the lower live offer price, and the difference between the budget and PerkUp's landed cost (offer price plus tax and fulfillment) is the margin.

Internal only. Offer price and margin are never exposed to admins or recipients in any UI. See Amazon Business for the full flow.
