The guarantee

If a customer finds the exact same product — same SKU, specs, and services — from a reputable vendor at a lower price, PerkUp won't just match it; it beats the competitor's total by up to 3%.

How it works

1. The customer sends a full, itemized written quote showing the same SKU, plus blank cost, decoration method, shipping, taxes, and any setup fees.
2. PerkUp's team verifies the match.
3. PerkUp applies a discount of up to 3% below the competitor's verified total and gets the order moving.

Quote requirements

• Identical product SKU and description.
• All-in pricing: product, decoration, shipping, taxes, setup, and any other charges.
• Dated within 14 calendar days of submission.
• PDF or other verifiable business-document format.
• Competitor contact information for verification.

Quotes from unverified sources, online-only retailers, unauthorized resellers, or auction platforms (eBay, AliExpress) are not accepted.

Exclusions

PerkUp may decline a request when the product is unavailable or discontinued in its supplier network; the competitor price is a clearance, loss-leader, or below-cost sale; the quote is incomplete or expired; the request is for a custom product or non-standard decoration; or fulfilling it would violate brand restrictions, MAP policies, or IP limits. PerkUp may also limit requests per customer. All determinations are final and binding; the program is governed by Delaware law.
