On-Demand Swag.

On-demand swag is branded merchandise made the moment a recipient redeems it. No inventory to buy up front, no minimum order — the recipient picks size and color and the item is produced and shipped to them.

What it is

An organization uploads its logo and chooses products; PerkUp generates branded variants. When a recipient redeems, the item is produced to order and shipped directly to them. Because nothing is pre-bought, on-demand suits unpredictable or one-off sends where bulk minimums don't make sense.

How it's made

On-demand production runs through print-on-demand providers, with mockups and personalization handled by a design pipeline:

  • Printful — print-on-demand manufacturing and direct-to-recipient shipping.
  • Shopify — catalog and order management for the on-demand store.
  • IMG.LY, Aurigma — branded mockups and recipient/admin personalization previews.

The flow

  1. Admin uploads a logo and selects on-demand products; branded variants are generated.
  2. The variants are offered in a reward, redemption page, or the member swag store.
  3. The recipient chooses size and color and confirms a shipping address.
  4. The item is produced to order by the provider and shipped to the recipient.
  5. Tracking flows back to PerkUp so the recipient and admin can follow delivery.
