Warehouses & 3PLs.

PerkUp’s global 3PL network — who’s active, what changed recently, storage fees, and stock on hand.

The 3PL network

PerkUp holds almost no inventory itself. Production and fulfillment run through a network of third-party 3PLs and print partners, organized by region. Marketing describes this as “9 warehouses across 4 continents.” Topshelf is the primary US partner and carries most domestic volume.

Recent network changes

Keep these in mind — the network has moved recently:
  • Cubbo (Mexico) is being dropped (June 2026). PerkUp signed a new Mexico 3PL; do not send new inventory to Cubbo. The replacement partner is not yet named in the docs.
  • Floship has exited (Sept 2025). All stock was moved out by Sept 2025; Printful stock was relocated to Topshelf. Floship (US/UK/EU/HK) is legacy only.
  • Lockwood migrated to ShipHero (May 2026). The Lockwood ShipHero app overrode inventory on all Shopify products, which was the real cause of a 0-inventory bug (not Printful, as first suspected).
  • Backloads contact changed (June 2026). Oskars left; the new point of contact is Marta (auto@backloads.lv).
  • Printful warehousing is sunsetting; Zoroy and Gifting Ideas (India) are legacy.
  • Digital On Demand (DoD) added (June 2026). New US + EU on-demand partner with an EU facility in Venlo, Netherlands — gives PerkUp in-region EU print-on-demand. Integration in progress; see On-Demand Swag.
  • EU B2C 3PL under evaluation (May 2026). Zee (Lockwood) introduced a Netherlands/Belgium 3PL also on ShipHero with materially better rates that could replace the Riga (Backloads) partner for B2C shipments. Not yet committed.

Storage fee schedule

Warehouse storage is billed per item per day, invoiced monthly via Stripe and charged on the first of the month per org. Kitting partners (Packitle, Kayo, LME, Backloads) bill kitting by monthly invoice.
