Who Topshelf is
Topshelf Printers (Greeley, Colorado) is PerkUp’s primary US partner — both a 3PL warehouse and an on-demand decoration shop, carrying most domestic volume. Topshelf is a sister company of Fulfill Engine (its WMS), but PerkUp works directly with Topshelf for more responsive support over Slack.
Fulfill Engine (the WMS)
Topshelf inventory and receiving run through Fulfill Engine. Shopify products must be synced to Fulfill Engine, then a FE PO is created (Supplier always “PerkUp”; notes carry the Sales Order title + number). Items move through “Put Away” / “Stocked” states. Email subject formats
When notifying Topshelf, use the right subject prefix and CC operations@perkupapp.com:

Standard kit box size is roughly 12×10×4 in. Tracking is logged in the “PerkUp <> TopShelf” Google Sheet.
Paying Topshelf
Topshelf sends invoices in the private Slack channel #perkUp-tsp-invoices after an order ships, a kit completes, or decoration completes.
- Review the invoice PDF and open the payment link.
- Confirm the amount due matches the PDF.
- Click Secure Pay, enter the payer name + PerkUp billing info, and pay with card using Brex.
- Print the receipt and share it in the same Slack thread.
