Where marketing is pointed

The named target list marketing builds account-based plays against skews almost entirely to enterprise software, data infrastructure, and HR/IT tooling — companies that already run the HRIS, SSO, and CRM systems PerkUp integrates with. From the Target Customer Domains (Aug 2025):

Why this tilt. These accounts are large, globally distributed, and tool-mature — the profile where our global fulfillment and HRIS automation are differentiators rather than nice-to-haves. They map to the Big Fish / Whale / Kraken end of MQL tiering.

Where we actually close

The closed base is broader than the target list. SaaS leads, but real revenue spans fintech, healthtech, agencies, logistics, and the public sector. Grouped from the Active Customers (June 2026) sheet (names and counts are real; the industry grouping is an internal inference):

The target list is narrower than the truth. We sell SaaS hardest, but agencies, healthtech, and industrial/logistics accounts close and expand too. Content and ABM lean SaaS; the case-study and reference mix should reflect the real spread so we do not look single-vertical to a diversified buyer.
