Brand Voice.

Fun but secure. Flexible and inclusive. Easy to use. Modern. Four feelings shape everything we write — and the one non-negotiable is how we spell our own name.

Write the name correctly

The company name is PerkUp — one word, capital P, capital U, no space. This is the single most common brand mistake, so it's the first rule on the page.

The four brand feels

Every piece of communication should leave the reader with these impressions. If a draft contradicts one of them, rewrite it.

01

Fun but secure

Playful and human, never reckless. The warmth is real; so is the trust.

02

Flexible and inclusive

Built for global teams and every kind of recipient. Choice is the feature.

03

Easy to use

Plain language, low friction. If it sounds complicated, it's wrong.

04

Modern

Current, clean, confident. Premium without being stuffy.

Capitalization

Proposed — not yet ratified. The capitalization convention below is a draft style guide in Notion. Treat it as the current recommendation, not a locked rule.
  • Title Case for H1 and H2 headings.
  • Sentence case for H3 and anything smaller.
  • Questions follow normal sentence punctuation regardless of level.

Email signature

Every PerkUp email signature uses the same four elements, in order:

  1. Full name
  2. Title
  3. Logo
  4. A "Schedule a meeting" link
