Asset Library.

Where everything lives. Brand masters are in Google Drive, the logo source-of-truth is in Figma, and the searchable inventory is the Brand Assets database in Notion. Start here before recreating anything.

Drive — the brand masters

The PerkUp | Branding folder in Google Drive holds the canonical, editable assets:

📁 PerkUp | Branding ├─ 📁 00_Guidelines — PerkUp Brand Guidelines.pdf (the master deck) ├─ 📁 01_Logos — Main logo, icon, Sub-brandings ├─ 📁 02_Fonts — Inter.zip, HeroNew.zip └─ 📁 03_Colors — Colours – Primary.png, Colours – Secondary.png
The Brand Guidelines PDF is the single master. Logos, typography, color, backgrounds, iconography, brand application, image treatment, and do's-and-don'ts all live in 00_Guidelines › PerkUp Brand Guidelines.pdf. The pages in this section summarize it — when in doubt, the PDF wins.

Figma — logo & swag-logo source

The Logos | Bulk Catalog file is the working source for logo lockups and the swag-partner logo pipeline.

Don't confuse the two logo systems. The "Logo + Background Guideline" workflow is for customer / swag-partner logos (YETI, Patagonia, etc.) that get printed on bulk swag — naming format {Brand}_{width}x{height}, stored in Dropbox under /Swag/Swag Catalogs/Logos/, with &raw=1 required on Dropbox links. That is an operations pipeline, not PerkUp's own brand identity. PerkUp's own logo lives in Drive 01_Logos and the main Figma file above.

Notion — the searchable inventory

The Brand Assets database in the Notion Brand teamspace is the queryable index of every asset, with views for Logos, Images, Fonts, and Social. Each row carries:

  • Asset Type — Font, Logo, Image, or Social
  • File Type — SVG, PNG, TTF, or JPG
  • When to use — usage guidance per asset
